FWD Insurance opens two independent marketing offices in Medan

PT FWD Insurance Indonesia (“FWD Insurance”), a customer-led and digitally enabled life insurance company in Indonesia, is expanding access of FWD Insurance’s products by opening two independent marketing offices in Medan, North Sumatera Province.

Desy Natalia Widjaya, Director, Chief Financial Officer FWD Insurance said, “The opening of these independent marketing offices aims to strengthen FWD Insurance’s presence in North Sumatera Province, where a total of three marketing offices have been established to expand access for the people of North Sumatera Province, in accessing FWD Insurance products. This also aligns with the Financial Services Authority's (OJK) programme to increase financial inclusion. The opening of these additional two independent marketing offices shows our commitment to provide insurance products and experiences that are easy to know, easy to buy, easy to claim, easy to engage, and most importantly, easy to love. Below is the list of the newly launched FWD Insurance’s independent marketing offices in Medan:

Along with the opening of independent marketing offices in Medan, FWD Insurance has also introduced the FWD Berkah Pendidikan to the people of Medan city. FWD Berkah Pendidikan is the first education insurance product in Indonesia that provides insurance benefits with counseling support services for parents to assist their children in preparing for the future. This can be a solution to gain access to higher education at university.
