FWD Insurance introduces lifestyle app Omne for customers to build better micro-habits

PT FWD Insurance Indonesia (“FWD Insurance”) a digitally enabled and customer-led insurance company in Indonesia, has launched Omne by FWD (“Omne”), an application that allows customers to manage their insurance policies, lead a better lifestyle, and maximise their daily activities with #DoLifeat100%.

Customers can access insurance menu on Omne, such as viewing policy information, submitting claims, tracking transactions, updating beneficiary information, fund switching, fund summary, partial withdrawal, and agent information, by linking their FWD insurance policies. Insurance menu feature will always be continuously updated to suit customers’ needs.

Omne also provides lifestyle features such as Insta Health* that monitors your blood pressure, breathing rate, pulse, skin age, and stress levels; Guided Moments (Get Fitter and Sleep Better) that improve your focus through meditation, mindful breathing, and workout programmes; Mini Games that boost your focus and energy levels, and Capture the Moment that facilitates creativity through Origami Art creation and customised art gallery.

SOS Children’s Villages is a non-profit, non-governmental social organisation that is active in supporting children’s rights and is committed to providing children who have or are at risk of losing parental care with their primary needs, which are a loving family and home.
