To commemorate FWD Group’s 10th anniversary, PT FWD Insurance Indonesia (“FWD Insurance”), a customer-led and digitally enabled life insurance company in Indonesia, has opened 3 (three) independent marketing offices in the East Java area. This strengthens its support of financial protection and inclusion to people in Indonesia with expanded access to FWD Insurance’s products.

The opening of these marketing offices aims to expand access, especially for the people of East Java, to FWD Insurance products. This is also in line with the Financial Services Authority's programme to increase financial inclusion and support the government's target of achieving a 90 percent Financial Inclusion Index by 2024.
Based on the Year-End Accountability Report (LKPJ) for the 2022 fiscal year of East Java Province, the economic growth index in 2022 reached 5.34%, contributing 24.99% to the Gross Regional Domestic Product (PDRB) of Java Island and 13.98% to the Gross Domestic Product (PDB) of Indonesia. This positions East Java as a suitable province for FWD Insurance to further strengthen its offerings in Indonesia.
