This move is purposely providing convenience to agents and prospective customers to offer FWD Insurance product. This aligns with the Indonesian National Strategy for Financial Literacy initiated by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) that continuing until year 2025.
The digital-led approach which consist of FWD SMART, Pintr, and IRIS is utilized by more than 5,000 FWD Insurance agents to reach more people in Indonesia.
FWD Insurance’s agents will be able to do financial needs analysis for customers anytime and anywhere through FWD SMART with its integrated process. The application features UnderwriteMe that able to provide customer’s insurance application status faster before customer make any payments. This process provides convenience to customers as the chosen insurance coverage can be activated right away.
FWD Insurance consistently ensure the high standard and professionalism of its insurance agents to provide detailed solution and suitable products for customers through various training and competence enhancement programs. These programs can be accessed through the Pintr application.
In addition, FWD Insurance facilitates the insurance agents by equipping them with a digital personal assistant through the IRIS application. The personal assistant helps monitor performance, sales management, and recruitment processes. Insurance agents will be able to maintain relationship with customers by utilizing available information in this application, such as reminders for customer birthday, premium payment due dates, and policy status updates. IRIS also features E-Recruitment, which enable insurance agents to recruit new sales personnel through a digital process, thereby promoting the growth of new insurance agents.
