FWD Insurance partners with Halodoc to provide online medical consultations

Jakarta, 18 August 2021 – PT FWD Insurance Indonesia (“FWD Insurance”) , a digital-first, next-generation life insurer in Indonesia, has enhanced its FWD MAX application as part of a collaboration with online healthcare platform Halodoc. This partnership allows FWD MAX customers to access medical consultations with doctors and buy medicines online, arrange delivery of their prescriptions and schedule appointments at hospitals within the FWD MAX application – all on one mobile app, accessible anytime, anywhere 24/7. This service will firstly be available for corporate customers covered with outpatient benefits.
