FWD Insurance Launches FWD Care Recovery Plan & FWD Passion Link

PT FWD Insurance Indonesia (“FWD Insurance”), a customer-led and digitally enabled life insurance company in Indonesia, announces the launch of FWD Care Recovery Plan and FWD Passion Link.

FWD Care Recovery Plan offers post-claims support by professional personnel for physical and emotional recovery ranging from mental health counseling to home care nurses, this can be utilized by the insured and their closest family members at no cost.

The FWD Care Recovery Plan is a comprehensive protection plan offered to customers who are eligible for critical illness claims, total permanent disability, inpatient treatment due to cancer, stroke, heart attack, or death, based on the criteria set by FWD Insurance. It includes mental health counseling, home care nursing, nutritional consultation, local medical transportation, physical therapy, and legal consultation services, aimed at helping insured and closest family members to cope with difficult times they face.
